Grandview will host the Ridge Meadows Flames this afternoon, in what looks like a must win game for the Steelers. It appears that the Steelers will, very likely, have to win all five of their remaining games to have a chance of catching the North Van Wolf Pack, who currently hold the final playoff spot in the Shaw Conference. North Vancouver has a four point lead on Grandview, but more importantly, hold two games in hand. The Wolf Pack have some very tough games on their remaining schedule, but even if they win three of their final seven games, it forces the Steelers to have to win out. The Ridge Meadows Flames, on the other hand, know exactly where they stand, and most likely who they will be facing in the first round of the playoffs. While they have nothing to play for, as far as the standings are concerned, they have struggled with consistency for much of the year, and are looking to correct that. They have been very good lately, facing some the top teams in the 'Pac', they have taken five of six points in the last eight days. Face-off is at 4 PM at the Burnaby Winter Club.
