The Aldergrove Kodiaks came out hitting and defeated the visiting Abbotsford Pilots 4-2 tonight to tie-up their Conference Final series at one game apiece. The game was very well played and intense with the result in doubt right down to the final minute. With the score at 3-2, and the Pilots pressing for the equalizer, Adam Callegari was credited with his second goal of the night when he was hauled down on a empty-net breakaway. Both Mark Menicucci and Aaron Oakley were solid in their respective nets. Tempers seem to be getting shorter as this series goes along, so things should be interesting on Friday night in Abbotsford for game three. The fourth game of the series will be played on Sunday at the Mission Leisure Centre and is a home game for the Kodiaks.
