THREE BIG GAMES TONIGHT

There are three games in the 'Pac' tonight, and each could impact the first round playoff pairings.

The Abbotsford Pilots can clinch first place in the Brittain Conference with a victory tonight, but it's their opponents, the Richmond Sockeyes, that have the most riding on tonight's game.  While it seems clear that the Pilots will get the two points they need in their final four games, the Sockeyes will have to work harder to clinch the Shaw Conference's top spot.  Richmond leads the race by two points over Delta with a massive game coming up versus the Ice Hawks on Tuesday night.  A win this evening would give them a little breathing room.

It's a late start in North Delta tonight, but it's a game worth staying up for, as the Devils host the North Vancouver Wolf Pack at Sungod Arena.  This is the first of two meetings between the two clubs that could decide who claims third place in the Shaw Conference.  It has been a fantastic race for the past two months and it's coming right down to the wire.  Both teams have 44 points, but the Pack have one game in hand.  Game time is 9:00 PM.

The Port Moody Panthers can pull to within a single point of Mission City tonight with a victory on the road versus Ridge Meadows.  It's do or die time for the Panthers who are three points behind the Outlaws for the final Brittain Conference playoff spot.  Ridge Meadows is looking to bounce back from a couple of tough games versus Aldergrove.  The Flames have nothing to play for in regards to the standings, but need to find some momentum going into the playoffs.
