two big games on the schedule tonight

There are two games on the schedule tonight in the PJHL, both of which could have significant impact on the standings. The North Vancouver Wolf Pack will look to take sole possession of the final playoff position in the Shaw Conference when they travel to Richmond to take on the Sockeyes. They are currently tied with Grandview, but have three games in hand on the Steelers. Richmond remains in first place, two points up on the Delta Ice Hawks, and can stretch their Conference lead with two games in hand. Meanwhile, in the Fraser valley, the Mission City Outlaws will host the Port Moody Panthers in what might be a make or break game for the Panthers. Port Moody, in the midst of a rebuilding season, find themselves four points out of the final playoff position, held by Mission City, and could close the gap with a win tonight. The Outlaws, struggling as well with a young team, can go a long way to securing that final playoff position, with a victory at home. It should be a intense, playoff style game tonight at the Mission Leisure Centre.
