Michael Olson-Eyre scored the winner in overtime and the Delta Ice Hawks defeated the Ridge Meadows Flames 5-4. Anthony Brito scored twice for Delta, and the Hawks are just two points back of the Richmond Sockeyes, who are on top of the Shaw Conference standings. For Ridge Meadows, who battled back from a 4-2 deficit, it was their third game in a row registering at least a point. There isn't really anywhere for them to move in the standings, but the Flames are playing some very good hockey as the playoffs approach. The shots on goal were 30-24 in favor of the Ice Hawks.

The Abbotsford Pilots scored six times in the third period and knocked off the Port Moody Panthers 10-1 at MSA Arena. With tonight's victory, the Pilots are atop the Brittain Conference standings by eleven points. Abbotsford now has a week off, while the Panthers return home for a game tomorrow night versus North Delta.
