The first game of 2013 goes tonight at the Aldergrove Community Arena, as the Kodiaks host the North Vancouver Wolf Pack at 7:15. Both teams are riding winning streaks going in to the game. North Van has won four in a row, and in the process, has hauled themselves out of the Shaw Conference basement and into a playoff position. Aldergrove, meanwhile, has kept pace with the red-hot Abbotsford Pilots and, in fact, gained some ground during a fantastic seven game winning streak. A victory tonight would pull them to within seven points of the Pilots, with a big match-up against Abbotsford scheduled for Friday night at MSA Arena.
