The Richmond Sockeyes will attempt to break a four game winless streak tonight when they host the Ridge Meadows Flames at Minoru Arena. A victory by the Sockeyes would clinch first place in the Tom Shaw Conference and set up a first round series with the North Delta Devils. The Flames have two regular season games remaining before beginning their playoffs versus Aldergrove on Monday night.
The Delta Ice Hawks need a victory tonight in Mission to keep their first place hopes alive, but, they also need some help from the Ridge Meadows Flames in Richmond. The Ice Hawks can only finish first in the Shaw Conference if they win their two remaining games and the Sockeyes lose their game tonight. The Mission City Outlaws can clinch the final Brittain Conference playoff berth with a victory.
