The Abbotsford Pilots have advanced to the Brittain Conference Finals with a 3-1 victory over the Mission City Outlaws this evening. The Outlaws led the game after 20 minutes but couldn't hold off the powerful Pilots who take the series in four games. Abbotsford now awaits the winner of the Aldergrove-Ridge Meadows series, which continues on Wednesday night with the Kodiaks up three games to one.

The Delta Ice Hawks have swept their first round series with the North Vancouver Wolf Pack after a 3-1 victory tonight in Ladner. Most of the games were very close in this series, so the fact it's over in four is a bit surprising. The Hawks will get a bit of a break now as they wait to see who they will face for the Tom Shaw Championship. The Richmond Sockeyes currently lead the other Shaw Conference series 3-0 over North Delta.
