The Aldergrove Kodiaks have advanced to the Brittain Conference Finals after a 4-1 victory at home over the Ridge Meadows Flames. The Kodiaks take the series four games to one and will face the Abbotsford Pilots beginning on Tuesday, March 5th. Tonight's game was a entertaining match-up with both teams generating chances. Mark Menicucci was outstanding in the Aldergrove net and Adam Callegari scored twice including the clincher into an empty net.

The Richmond Sockeyes defeated the North Delta Devils this evening, earning the right to move on to face the Delta Ice Hawks in the Shaw Conference Finals. It was a great game with a final score of 4-3 and gives Richmond a series sweep over the North Delta. It will be the fourth year in a row that these two bitter rivals will battle for the Conference title. Tyler Read, who suffered a skate cut in game two, started in goal for the Devils and was excellent in making 40 saves.
