Week 16 gets a bit of an early start, as the Delta Ice Hawks host the Grandview Steelers on Friday night in Vancouver. Rather than their usual Tuesday home date in Ladner, the Hawks will use Kerrisdale 'Cyclone Taylor' Arena as their home barn for one evening. Kerrisdale Arena was opened on November 11, 1949 and has been home to teams in the WHL, BCHL, PCHL & WLA, to name a few. The Arena has also hosted some amazing concerts over the years. It is a 'classic' old barn and a fabulous venue to take in a game. Game time is 7:00 PM. The PJHL will back in full swing on Wednesday, January 2.
