Double Overtime solved nothing as the Mission City Outlaws and Ridge Meadows Flames played to an entertaining 1-1 draw. The game was mostly tight checking, but there were moments of thrilling end-to-end action and the goaltending was exceptional at both ends of the ice. In Abbotsford, the Pilots handled the Vancouver Wolf Pack 5-2 and appear to be drawing away from the competition in the Brittain Conference standings. Abbotsford are now seven games above .500 and the other four teams in the Conference are playing below even.
