The Abbotsford Pilots scored twice in the first period and hung on for a 2-1 victory over the Kodiaks in Aldegrove tonight. The win moves Abby eleven points up on the Kodiaks who, realistically, are in more of a race for second place with Ridge Meadows. The Pilots are rolling, and with such a large lead in the standings, look like they have the Brittain Conference all but clinched. Aldergrove are now three points up on Ridge Meadows and play the Flames on Friday night. The Pilots have two Conference games on the weekend, versus Mission City and Ridge Meadows.
